From 1 September 2024, all genuine Ziptrak® components are now covered by an extended 5-year warranty (previously 2 years). This applies to both our Outdoor and Interior systems, giving you even more confidence that your blinds are built to last.
If you ever experience an issue, simply contact your retailer — they’ll be your first point of support. Retailers may also provide their own warranty on top of Ziptrak®’s, so it’s worth confirming the details with them when you make your purchase.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- The fabric/skin of the blind is not manufactured by Ziptrak®, so it is not included in the Ziptrak® warranty.
- To keep your warranty valid, your blinds need to be fabricated and installed according to our official manuals.
