1. Ziptrak® Racer 2026 Terms & Conditions

1.1. Eligibility:
– This competition is open to individuals who ride the Ziptrak® Racer between 5pm on January 16th, 2026, and 5pm on January 25th, 2026.
– Participants must adhere to the specified time frame for eligibility.

1.2. Publicity:
– By riding the Ziptrak® Racer, participants grant Ziptrak Pty Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

1.3. Privacy:
– Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

1.4. Disqualification:
– Ziptrak Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

1.5. Release of Liability:
– By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
– Ziptrak Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the competition or attendance at the event.
– By entering, participants agree to release Ziptrak Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any liability in connection with the competition or the prize.
– Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and compliance with the event’s terms and conditions.

1.6 Third-Party Disclaimer

– This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other third-party platforms used to promote or manage the competition.

2. Ziptrak® Guest Car Experience 2026 Terms & Conditions

2.1. Eligibility

– This competition is open to individuals who complete the entry form via the designated Microsoft Form between 9:00 AM (ACDT) on Friday, 28th November 2025, and 11:59 PM (ACDT) on Tuesday, 9th December 2025.
– Winner will be announced on Wednesday 10th December 2025. If winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be announced and the original winner will forfeit their prize.
– Participants must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Prize Details

– The winner will receive two seats for a guest car experience.
– At least one seat must be occupied by a participant who is 18 years of age or older.
– All passengers in the guest car must be at least 12 years of age.
– Only one prize is available.
– Game of chance: The winner will be selected randomly. If the first winner is unable to claim the prize or does not claim the prize within the 24-hour time period, a second winner will be selected randomly.

2.3. Event Details

– The experience will take place in Adelaide on Saturday, 17th January 2026.
– The winner and their selected guest(s) must be available to attend on this date.

2.4. Liability

– Ziptrak Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the competition or attendance at the event.
– By entering, participants agree to release Ziptrak Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any liability in connection with the competition or the prize.
– Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and compliance with the event’s terms and conditions.

2.5. Winner Notification
– The winner will be contacted by a member of the Ziptrak Pty Ltd team, using the phone number supplied by the entrant.
– The winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and another winner will be redrawn.

2.6. Publicity:
– By being a passenger in the Guest Car Experience, participants grant Ziptrak Pty Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

2.7. Privacy:
– Any personal information provided by participants to Ziptrak Pty Ltd will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
